Description
The self-closing gate at the entrance to the platform provides a very user-friendly and safe solution. The worker can easily open the gate when accessing the platform, by pushing it, and the gate closes itself afterwards, creating a safe protection.
The 45-degree ladder is very safe and more manageable compared to the usual ladder, especially when moving materials and other equipment to and from the truck. The 220 mm deep steps with non-slip surface make the stairs safe in all conditions.
The heavy-duty wheels are designed for the harsh construction site conditions with sealed ball bearings for added resistance to wear.
Clearly marked lifting eyes make transport very easy.
The platform floor is made of non-slip aluminium. The raised aluminum perforations are designed for use in the harshest conditions and provide the best grip. This has proven to be a superior tread surface in terms of durability and grip compared to other metal surfaces.
Quick-coupled railing system. All protective rails (with associated foot rails) are removable and fit under the platform while it is being transported. This removes welding stress and damage to the railing and makes the platform more compact and easy to transport.
Each platform is manufactured to BS EN 1004: 2004 and designed for 500kg weight.
